Jeff Brown, CPA
Founder & Principal
Jeff is a licensed CPA by the State of California, and has more than 30 years of tax planning experience, including several years in a senior role at an international CPA and consulting firm. He has been featured in Business Week on how to prudently use retirement funds to start a business. He has a BSBA from The Ohio State University School of Business and is currently on the Board of a non-profit organization that rescues dogs.
Krystal Gupton
Administrative Support
Krystal is our first point of contact with many clients. She is a maverick at handling incoming requests and scheduling appointments. She works remotely for us, and when not at work she and her husband are busy raising their 3 children. She also loves gardening and being outdoors.
Keith Arnold
Payroll Specialist
Keith handles all things payroll so you don’t have to. Whether your small or medium business payroll is simple or complex, he’s got a handle on it. A native of the Bay Area, he enjoys the great outdoors, particularly hiking and exploring in his spare time.
Stephanie Gall
Payroll Specialist
Stephanie is a part-time Staff Accountant with significant payroll experience, specializing in payroll tax issues, problem resolution, and correspondence with various agencies. Stephanie came to the world of accounting with an established career in Civil/Structural Engineering and advanced degrees from U.C. Berkeley and the Univ. of Maryland.
Eve Murto
Head of Marketing
Eve leads our marketing efforts, and has extensive experience working with startups, particularly in financial services and tech. She earned her BA from Wellesley, an MBA in Finance from Wharton (University of Pennsylvania), and MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She enjoys tennis, skiing and photography in her spare time.
